Here are some of the recipes I use:

  • Traditional Chocolate/Vanilla or Chocolate Frosting
  • Carrot Cake/Brown-Butter Icing
  • Blushing Apple Tarts/Butter-cream Frosting
  • Lemon/Vanilla Frosting
  • S’More/Toasted Meringue Frosting
  • Chocolate Peanut-butter Pretzel
  • Seasonal Flavors (spice, pumpkin, eggnog, red velvet…).

All cakes are baked to custom order. Additionally, I only use my homemade vanilla extract!
